Hey hey hey!
So I talked to you yesterday. Not much more has happened since I last talked to you. haha
But
for everyone that doesn't know I have some info for you!!! As you read
last week in my email last week I have been asked by my Mission
President to start writing a blog! It is just a trial so it might only
be for a little bit, but for those of you who want to check it out it's citrusfruitsister.blogspot.com.
It is mainly going to be used to help strengthen the people in the
areas that I serve in, but if you want to follow along then you can! You
can also keep following feelmysunlight.blogspot.com which is the blog maintained by my mom that has all my emails and pictures on it. Gotta love that blog life!
Per
usual I made a voice recording. Sister Hart and I also wrote a song
this week. Ask my mom if you want to hear it. You can now add
singer/songwriter to my list of things that I do. But be warned...I
never said I was a good singer/songwriter... haha
One
of my favorite parts of the week (besides skyping my family) was
teaching our new investigator Cassie who was a referral from Keri and
Abby in the ward. Keri is her roommate and she had shared a Book of
Mormon with her and invited her to learn more. Cassie was interested so
Keri invited us over for dinner and asked us to teach the first lesson.
We had an incredible lesson and both Abby and Keri bore powerful
testimonies. Wow members are the coolest and so much better at
missionary work thank us goons.
Share the gospel my friends.
My
other favorite spiritual part of the week happened after church
yesterday. After every lesson we like to ask people what we can pray
for. A little while ago we had a member tell us about a trial her family
had been going through. We have been praying for her and her family for
a while. Yesterday she came up to us and said "hey sisters, can I talk
to you?" and then she told us that the trial that they had been going
through was over and then she bore testimony of how prayers work and she
thanked us for praying for her family. It was so sweet. Prayer works
people.
My
other favorite parts of the week were FHE, Temple Service, District
Meeting, JustServe, Blitzzs with Hermana Stokey, sushi, dinner with
Brooklynn and Sarah and SKYPING MY FAMILY!!!
Shout
out to Hannah for making the graphics on my new blog and shout out to
Kami who goes to the MTC this week! Wow! I have cool friends.
Out of context quotes for the week:
"Have you done any tumbling lately?"
"Ya I did a handstand the other day."
"Oh good because when you get to our age you can't do 'em. It's like you do cartwheel and then you're on the ground."
"You've got a long way to go dude."
"It talks about how you need to visit the naked..."
"I would smile but I can't because it's broken... for multiple reasons... Number one: I have a bunch of dead bird in my mouth."

I
love you more than Giddeon and King Noah love climbing towers and
fighting... I don't know if it is because I have been living by Disney
World for a while, but when I read this story this morning I pictured it
as a cartoon in the Rapunzel tower... I love Buena Vista.
