400 page views!

400 page views already?! I had no idea people would want to read my thoughts! YAY I decided that when I get to 1000 page views I will write you a surprize story. Its a realy great story and I know you will love it so read away! {it involves an embarasing moment and a sunburn.}


I worked the Bowmans 24th of July Breakfast today. It was good. Made some money to make up for not working at the gym this month. Hmmm I might have to get a job there soon.

Have you ever had a charlie hoarse? Painful right? Well have you ever had a charlie hoarse in your abs?! today I experienced just that!! Like the whole ICANTSTOPFLEXINGMY6PACK kind of charlie hoarse. Haha remember when I said this new burnout conditioning was going to kill me? But I was going to be happy about it? I was right.

I love Sunday

Between the boys hydrating their skin with lotion, laughing because we are just so halarious, catching feathers, and sharing piontless stories from our week, we sometimes have spiritual experiences at church.

Actually, Sunday school is the best! I absolutly love it. Probably because we have that one cool teacher (the same one I had when I was 11) that makes all the lessons realy fun and doesn't just read out of the book. He relates things to our own lives (like that time we went to Antalope Island on a raft with Ramam Noodles...haha best lesson EVER! I will never think about Nephi building a ship and not think about that).

So today we talked about how we are missionaries at all times. we are ALWAYS on the mission field. Even at church. People will always be watching and following our example. We need to be living our lives to the best of our ablilities. Don't be afraid of sharing your beliefs with the world. You are a daughter (or son) of God and we should be doing our best to help our siblings get back to him. There will be times in our lives where we will feel promptings. Thoes promptings could be switch points in our lives. Satin doesn't care how he gets you, or how long it takes, all that matters to him is that he gets you. Don't ever let him get you.

a Hilary Weeks Concert & a Clicker

Anybody recognize this cool lady?!?

Yesterday I got to go see a Hilary Weeks concert at Cherry Hill. If you aren't familiar with Hilary Weeks CLICK HERE! Hilary is a fantastic LDS singer and she is super funny. It was the biggest concert Cherry Hill that I think they have every had and I got to sit on the 3rd row! We got to talk to Hilary before and after the concert and I have to say it was probably the best concert I have ever been to. (Though I haven't been to many.)
She told a story about how she had heard that you think on average 300 negative thoughts a day. She wondered if this was true. So she went and bought herself a clicker and started clicking every time she had a negative thought. After about a week she noticed that she started to feel really depressed and realized that it was because she was focusing on the negative things. She wondered if she could sway her thoughts in the other direction by clicking her positive thoughts. By clicking her positive thoughts she started to have better days and was in a better mood. She was selling these clickers after the concert and my dad bought me one. So far I'm at 169. I noticed today that it really changes the way you think about things.
